DEFINITION OF HANDICRAFT
Malaysia Handicraft Development Corporation defines crafts as "Handicraft Output" means any artistic produce which has cultural or traditional charm and is the result of a process which depends solely or partly on hand skills and includes any batik product; And "batik product" means any goods, however manufactured, which has a batik design on or in any part thereof.
